Stop the line. Keep the customer.
A virtual waitlist for any business with a line — restaurants, salons, clinics, DMV counters, retail service desks, banks, auto shops. Customers join from a QR code, get position updates by SMS, and walk in when called. No app to download.
SMS · QR · Kiosk · Multi-location · AI assistant
A waitlist that talks to the rest of your business.
Standalone queue apps end at “customer served.” NOWAITN connects the visit to the booking they made, the customer record it updates, the staff schedule it ran on, and the knowledge base your AI answers from.
Built into the rest of your platform
A customer who walked in today, booked an appointment next week, and asked the chatbot about hours is one record — not three different entries in three siloed apps. Reservations, Knowledge, HCM, CRM, and Payments all see the same person.
No app for customers. SMS, QR, kiosk, AI built in
Customers join from a QR code, a link, or a kiosk — no install. They get position updates and a your-turn ping by text. Staff get a tool-using AI assistant that can add customers, look up wait times, and answer venue questions on the spot.
Multi-location org management out of the box
Each location runs its own queues, staff, and SMS templates. Owners and managers see all locations from one dashboard with org-wide analytics, role-based access, and centralised settings — no Enterprise plan upsell.
Queue, answered.
Anything with a line. Restaurants run walk-in waitlists for tables, salons run drop-in queues for chairs, clinics triage walk-in patients, DMV and government windows route constituents to counters, retail service desks queue customers for help, banks queue tellers, auto shops queue service drop-offs, pharmacies queue pickups. The same queue engine runs all of them — only the queue type and the rules change.
Standalone queue apps stop at “customer served.” NOWAITN Queue is part of the same platform that runs your reservations, your customer records, your staff schedules, and your knowledge base — so a customer is one record across all of it. You also get multi-location org management, role-based access, and platform-wide event triggers without an Enterprise upgrade.
No. Customers join from a QR code at your entrance, a link from your website, or a self-service kiosk on a tablet at the door — all in a mobile browser, no install. They get position and your-turn updates by SMS and can check status from any browser.
When a customer joins, they enter their phone number. We send a confirmation with their position, a heads-up message as they get close, and a your-turn ping when called. SMS templates are customisable per location.
Yes to both. Each location runs its own queues, staff, and templates; org admins see everything from one dashboard. The free tier covers basic queue management for a single location — see nowaitn.com/pricing for the paid plans.
